Alan, our full-time handyman, becomes your maintenance arm. Fast dispatch, vendor coordination for what we can’t fix in-house, photo documentation on every job.

Maintenance + turnover QC + after-hours emergencies + vendor management + branded reporting to your owners. You stay the brand and the guest-facing host. We run the field.

Partnership FAQ
Do you white-label?
Yes. Your guests and owners never need to know we exist. All reporting can go out under your brand.
Will you take over guest communication?
Only if you want us to (Tier 3). Most partners keep guest comms in-house and hand us the field ops.
How is pricing structured?
Per-property monthly retainer for ongoing coverage, plus pass-through for parts and outside vendor work. We scope it on a 15-min call.
Do you require exclusivity?
No. We work alongside whatever maintenance, vendors, or cleaners you already trust.
What area do you cover?
Tampa Bay: Clearwater, St. Pete, Tampa, and the surrounding metro.
Are you insured?
Yes. Full liability coverage across Florida.
